FINANCIAL INFORMATION

 

SRI administrative staff are very familiar with dealing with insurance questions and are available to speak with you and/or with your insurance company to help clarify exactly what your insurance coverage provides.

 

SRI is “in-network” for many insurance companies including:

 

•Independence Blue Cross Personal Choice

•Keystone Health Plan East

•Aetna PPO and HMO plans

•Highmark Blue Shield

•Magellan Health Services

•Medicare and Federal Plans

•Penn Behavioral Health

 

Depending on your coverage, you may be responsible for payment of a deductible and/or a copayment. Copayments are always due at the time of service.  Payment can be made by check, cash or by credit/debit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and health saving account cards.

 

Even when SRI is “out of network” we can help by contacting your insurance plan to obtain information about what is covered and your eligibility for receiving reimbursements for payments you have made.

 

If your insurance coverage changes, please provide that information to us as soon as possible.
