ELAINE ALEXANDER, PH.D 

My therapy orientation is eclectic. I utilize alot of  DBT and CBT, and work in the context of a collaborative, respectful relationship. The goal is to address the obstacles which keep you stuck, anxious, depressed and feeling bad about yourself. I also work with people with trauma and abuse in their background. 

As a psychologist who has been practicing for many years I bring both my experience and training to help you get to where you want to be in your life.
